Exchange and return
For Vilight Beauty products purchased online, the right of return is valid in accordance with Art. 64 and ss. of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Diritto di Recesso dell’art. 64 e ss. del D.Lgs. 206/05).
The right of return only applies to products that have not been delivered or that are returned intact, with the original seal and packaging intact, with the shipping costs being borne by the consumer.

Refunds are only made after the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal, the detailed procedure for which is described in the question “Can I cancel an order?”
