Return of goods

For Vilight Beauty products purchased online, the right of return is valid in accordance with Art. 64 and ss. of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Diritto di Recesso dell’art. 64 e ss. del D.Lgs. 206/05).

The right of return only applies to products that have not been delivered or that are returned intact, with the original seal and packaging intact, with the shipping costs being borne by the consumer.

How does a refund work in case of a product return?

Refunds are only made after the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal, the detailed procedure for which is described in the question “Can I cancel an order?” The consumer must then provide their PayPal details by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or, if they do not have PayPal, their bank details. In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, the PayPal account name or bank details must exactly match the name of the consumer who has exercised the right of withdrawal.
